My blog aims to educate fellow patients on the HyProCure implant surgery – it’s recovery and potential complications associated with the HyProCure implant displacement. You might know it as GraMedica®'s premier product, HyProCure® - which is referred to as the HyProCure implant or HyProCure stent surgery. I had the implant done in both my feet in 2009, and thoroughly enjoyed my high quality of life; very active, pain-free. However, as of Dec 2014, I had them redone. This is my story.

Day 8 (Mon Dec 8)
Still feeling okay. I decided not to push it, and walked around all day with my aircast boot on although I really wanted to walk barefoot. I'll wait until after I get the stitches out in 2 days. I worked from home today so I spent most of the day sitting on the couch taking calls and working on my laptop. However, I spent most of the evening on my feet as I ran some errands (my husband drove us around the city) and then made dinner. Looking forward to getting my stitches out in 2 days!
